When trying on your new grips and shoes for proper sizing, please try them on with clean, dry hands and feet. Do not swing on bars when you're trying out your new grips. Refunds: If you are returning an item for a refund, please include a copy of your invoice when shipping your returned product. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns. GRIPS, Etc. is not responsible for any lost return shipments. Once the returned product is received, a credit will be made to the card used for the purchase. Exchanges: If you are requesting an exchange, please include a copy of your invoice, and information on the correct size you need for the exchange. Again, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on the return, and GRIPS, Etc. is not responsible for any lost return shipments.
